What about cleaning products?
We do not require our clients to have their own cleaning products and supplies as some other cleaning businesses do. We provide all our own Green cleaning supplies. The only thing we ask you to provide is vacuum and a swiffer.
How many cleaners will come to your home? We provide one well-trained cleaner who is more than able to complete all the necessary cleaning requirements.
What about security? Are you bonded and insured? Yes, all our cleaners are bonded and insured.
Will I get the same cleaner each time? Yes, we schedule the same cleaning person to clean your place each time, but there may be on occasion for various reasons that the same person may not be able to work that day. All our cleaners are reliable and accountable. We ask that you trust that we will ensure the same level of quality and service for your home.
Why choose us to clean your home? All our cleaners are experienced, trained, careful, reliable, and honest. Our hiring process consists of reference ckecks, training, bonding and insurance protection.
What's your guarantee? We believe you will be very happy with our cleaning service, however, if you are dissatisfied with a particular area, you may contact us with 24 hours and we will re-clean that area again at no cost to you.
Do you provide receipts? Yes. Our cleaning technicians will leave you with a receipt (along with our cleaning checklist) following the clean, provided that payment has been made through our website payment page or by leaving a cheque or cash with our cleaning technician.
Why is the "First Cleaning" more costly? Generally, the first clean takes longer and requires more work because it has not been professionally cleaned on a regular basis. Therefore it is more costly.
What about pets? Pets are not a problem. Please understand that we do not take responsibility for your pets while cleaning as a regular part of our service (feeding, walking, handling feces or urine, changing litter). Because of health risks, most cleaning companies don't provide this service, however, we will change a little box for an additional $10.00.
How does payment work? Cash or cheque is acceptable. You can simply leave the cash or cheque in an envelope for our cleaner to pick up during their scheduled cleaning service. (We have implemented a convenient online payment terminal through our website which can be accessed through our website.
Is HST charged? Yes, HST is mandatory.
Do you change linens? If you leave fresh linens on the bed and specifically request this, we will change them which is included in the service price. Beds will be made regardless of linen changes.
What about laundry and ironing? At this time, we do not offer these services.
What if I want something done that’s not on your checklist? Please feel free to ask if you have a request. If we are able to do the job, have the right tools and training, we would be more than happy to accomodate you as our valued client. In most cases, two or three days notice of you request will be sufficient.
What if I need to cancel my appointment? Occasional cancellations are to be expected. Because of our scheduling demands, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required in order for us to seamlessly make adjustments to our schedule. We ask that you please appreciate that we must charge a $30.00 "Late Cancellation" fee for a less-than-24 hour cancellation notice.
